  • Execute assigned jobs according to Manufacturer established work procedures, specifications and time standards.
  • Ensure that he uses safety equipment / gear and follows all safety procedures.
  • Ensure cleanly Assessment of the body damage and plan a repair procedure.
  • Re-shaping damaged panels by denting tools and washer welds.
  • Alignment of Chassis frame as well as monologue type body.
  • Working with different types of welding i.e. spot, Mig, Electric, Washer etc.
  • Replacing all kind of Wind shields and glasses.
  • Removal and reinstallation of all the Body, Trim, Dashboard and upholstery component.
  • Final inspection and Quality Control.
  • Ensure care and maintenance of all the body shop equipment.
  • Record job performed in the job cards.
  • Keeps abreast of new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve      work productivity and quality.

  • Qualification & Experience:

  • High School/Secondary Certificate with industrial training certificate/ Technical Diploma.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience to work on Petrol / Diesel vehicles in a reputed workshop.

  • Responsible for the implementation of QHSE policy within their area of control.
  • To ensure all the safety risks and environmental aspects in their area of responsibility are identified.
  • Follow established Work Instructions to ensure safe performance of a given task.
  • Conduct a self-inspection before starting any job using checklist provided.
  • Stop the job and correct unsafe condition when possible, and refer unsafe situation to the supervisor for further action and      permanent solution.
  • Promptly and immediately report all occupational injury, illness, environmental incidents, emergencies (fire, spill, etc...) and      near miss incidents to the supervisor/manager.
  • Use Safety Equipment and PPE’s provided as appropriate.
  • Become familiar with and abide by applicable QHSE rules and procedures.
  • Advise fellow employees when unsafe acts and/or conditions occur.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping around the workplace.

  • Qualification & Experience:

  • Preparatory School.
  • 5 years of related experience.
